Released in 1944 by the Office of Strategic Services (OSS), this short book gets the reader's mind thinking about ways they can quietly sabotage the enemy. Everything from putting sand into machinery to increase the rate at which the parts wear out to starting fires in warehouses to feigning stupidity and purposely making mistakes.

It is a great read and a lot of the concepts can be adapted to modern day.
